WARRANTY POLICY
This warranty applies to every device on this site, unless stated otherwise in the device’s description. By purchasing a device from me, you agree to these terms and any future changes to these terms.
I’ll fix the device for free during the first 6 months of ownership. You just pay the shipping charges.
After the first 6 months, I’ll fix it for the cost of parts + the shipping charges.
Extensive repairs after the first 6 months (remaking an entire circuit board, replacing most of the hardware, etc.) will cost extra.
If the device is physically abused or modified in any way this warranty is void.
Construction flaws on my part do not constitute physical abuse. Dropping your Growler down a flight of stairs does.
Ultimately, it is my decision as to whether or not a device is still under warranty. I may fix it even if you damaged the device, but this is my decision.
If you want something modified, but still wish for it to remain under warranty, ask me to modify it for you. See the ‘Custom Work Info’ page for some of the mods I can do.
